I was pulling into a parking space at the grocery store when I saw a vision in turquoise from across the lot. There it was...alone and abandoned at the Salvation Army donation truck. The lines! The shape! The color! I couldn't possibly bring it home but decided the least I could do was take a photo of it. I drove away slowly, quietly weeping. Farewell, turquoise thing, farewell!

As if it fell from Heaven above
I was pulling into a parking space at the grocery store when I saw a vision in turquoise from across the lot. There it was...alone and abandoned at the Salvation Army donation truck. The lines! Oh, I can so relate. I met a green beauty at the Salvation Army in Gresham on Sunday and had to sit on it for a while just to give it some love. Twice.

Is it just me or is anyone else freaked out by possible bedbug issues in second hand upholstered stuff? I need a cootie shot.

So sad, I was hoping you would be able to snatch it up! I've been wanting a 1950s aqua couch for ages but no luck so far... main issue is hauling it back to my apartment then wrestling it up 3 flights of stairs, not fun.
I would've loved to see it. However with the bed bug scare I would've left it there.
