So most of you know by now that we are building a new hut in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. I have been stashing away nautically themed junk for years...and now we have a place to put it. The latest thing I got to cross off my wish list is a mantel. Just have a look at this beauty...

our floors found this treasure at the
Rebuilding Center in North Portland. Thank goodness I actually answered my cell when he called to tell me about it. I drove over there so fast it might have scared you. I looked at it for less than 2 seconds before handing over my debit card to the nearest clerk. Can't wait to show it to you attached to the wall...Oh, by the way, we don't have an actual fireplace, but we
do have a gorgeous mantel.

Super cool Pam...had heard about the mantel, but now I have SEEN it...GORGEOUS.
