I happened upon this flea market while I was in the Montmartre district of Paris...the neighborhood where the movie
Amelie was filmed. How lucky am I? Don't you just
love junk serendipity?
I'm going for this look in my new house. Metal and glass. Turquoise glass.
Milk 101...in French.
Loved the container set. The fish head? Not so much.
Fantastic vintage plastic.
Look! Someone did a portrait of me without me knowing it!
Dear Mary and Joseph, please bless these small benches and the mint green chair.
Skulls and concrete flowers...Magnifique!

Please tell me you put those amazing metal chairs in your suitcase and brought them home for me. I promise to act surprised.
Okay there is so much there I would have wanted to bring back to the States that I would go broke. The vintage plastic stuff really caught my eye.
When I go to Paris I want to visit a flea market and buy at least one item to bring home! Love the items you showed but hard to bring much of that home.
Oh, la la! Le French Junk seems like such good junk!
I love those canisters and the metal chairs! I think it would be torture to go over there and not be able to bring things home...I think I'd have to get one of those big cargo containers and fill 'er up!
Junkin' envy!! Thanks for posting--it's almost the same thing as being there...not! :D Peace, love, and BLESS the brocante! xxoos
