There was only one estate sale listed on Friday. It started at 9:00. I went at 11:00 to make sure I missed all the dealer fist fights. It was a good day.
Now, let's move on to the divine...
Lovely St. Anthony print, with Lilies & bagels (?!)
Religious pamplets...I'm working on committing "Our Moral Life" to memory.
A little something for my garden, and eventually, my grave. My husband has strict instructions. My headstone will read: "She was sometimes a headache, but she was never a bore."
This was the best thing, hands down.
A tiny white vase stuffed with beaded flowers. I adore beaded flowers. Look at the leaves! Price...
And a hearty Congratulations to Beth of Parsimonia: Second Hand with Style. Beth won the coveted Blue Ribbon Blogger Award from Country Living magazine. Her blog is funny and a feast for the eyes! Thanks to all of you for rooting for One Gal's Trash, and especially for following the ramblings of a crazy lady in Portland, Oregon.

Sorry you didn't win. For a minute there (when you were talking about the ramblings of a crazy woman in Portland, Or) I thought you were talking about me.
Where do you find anything for 29 cents? Especially a gorgeous beaded bouquet?
You were lucky to find all these things were left. Sometimes it pays to go later.
Fist fights?! The dealers actually have fist fights? I'd go early just to watch that!
And...
Who knew that St. Anthony liked bagels! What a score!!!
I voted for you.
Love the Santa glasses and those lovely beaded flowers!
Sorry you didn't win :>( You're still a winner in my book. Love what you found...anything these days for 29 cents is a great thing!!
Have a good junk week,
Annette
Oh I know you're working on being committed...just in a different way than you think...or do you?
Great stuff and I adore beaded flowers too. BTW..did you at least look humble when you paid that unbelievable price?
Deb
I like to get to estate sales late as well. Or maybe it just turns out that way ... sometimes they start so early! ;-) Zzzzzz...
LOVE your epitaph.
