Because....Top left (belt buckle) is gold tone with leafy vines and a flowery detail in the middle.
Top right (pendant) is big and bold and reminds me of Napoleon. See?
Bottom left (medal?) has a crown. Duh.
Bottom right (buckle) reminds me of a wrought iron gate in France.
