$25 worth of free junk!

The Kit & Caboodle Thrift Store is one of my regular stops when I junk on the Oregon coast. "The Kit" is not far from the Tillamook Cheese Factory. What could be better than junk, sharp cheddar and ginormous scoops of Tillmook Mudslide?

Patriotic themed front window..basketball stuff and a Norman Rockwell puzzle.

Marj and Caren are volunteers at the shop. Marj called me a week ago and told me I won a drawing! The prize? $25 worth of free stuff at the Kit.

I vintage baby planters.

There is always a fine stash of crafting stuff at the Kit. I passed on the owl needlepoint as I don't have the patience for needlework. The curls in the package were just that. Curls. They weren't attached to anything. It was as if someone shaved their beige poodle and stuffed the hair in a plastic bag. Needless to say, I passed on that too.

I'll show you what I got on my next post.

OOOOOOh dear. I hope you did NOT get the Norman Rockwell puzzle. My husband and I have completed that puzzle and do you see those black uniforms? They were a NIGHTMARE! The sky was only a little bit better....ha!

Can't wait to see what you picked.
