Looming Large in London and Stunning Shop Windows too...

The longest, steepest, escalator in the universe...

The biggest pot of chicken curry in the universe...

A similarly gigantic round of Parmesan cheese....

A jewelry store where the prices start at about a million dollars...

Can you spell B*L*I*N*G?

The use of the doilies caught my eye in this shop called Dolly Dare.

I shot this close-up, and didn't even notice the mannequin inside until I got home. Not sure exactly what she is up to, but I stand by my infatuation with the doily decorated windows.

I think Dolly might be a little naughty.

Ah, window shopping is such a pleasure. Leaves you inspired to make your own "million dollar bling" on a pauper's budget. I love the giant bowl of food, I think I can tackle that on a good day...

The Tube looks so clean...I'm guessing that's where the escalator is.

Forget the doilies and the zillion dollar lip purses--I want that big vat of chicken curry! Yum yum yum!!!!

I've always wanted to go to London. Love the bling and the window dressing. It looks a little like snowflakes..would be cute in winter.

I think "dolly dare" is taking a much needed nap after pinning up all those damn doilies. She's exhausted!

Love that shot of the Tube escalator - as I don't get to visit London very much, I still get a childish pleasure in riding the Tube.
Liked the window displays too - I always feel embarassed to whip out the camera and take a shot, so tend to take those kind of pictures on a Sunday when the shops are closed!!!
