A delightful birthday gift

This morning I met my friend Laurie of Magpie Ethel fame. She treated me to breakfast and had gifts for me as well. I am in love with this ducky duck! He's holding paper daffodils handmade by Laurie and is wearing a sweet birthday message. Stop by Laurie's blog here, she's having a fab giveaway!

I wanna have lunch with Laurie! Better yet, I wanna have lunch with Laurie AND Pam! Sad--my b'day is next week and who am I going to have breakfast with? Guess I'll walk slowly and dejectedly to the donut shop, order a hunk of fried dough and a weak cup of coffee and and and . . . Ha ha, just kidding. Happy Birthday to Pam!!!
