And the Tradition Continues...

Inspired by the stocking my mom made for me a few decades ago, I made each of my kids a felt stocking when they were babies. Santa and I have such great stuff to put in them this year...can't wait for Christmas morning!

Merry Christmas to you!

So cute! Merry Christmas to you and your family if I don't get back before the big day.

I am still going through the last of the Vintage Christmas Mondays posts!

Merry Christmas to YOU!
Our daughter had us bring our stockings (and her lil sis had to bring hers, too)... but we all have "decorator stockings" that she has made for us over the last couple of years ...
Love the originally "vintage-inspired" stockings that now might BE vintage, lol!
Hugs and be safe and happy this Christmas!

I'm going to put a clementine in the toe of my stocking just like Mom always did. When she was a kid, it was always a HUGE deal to get a tangerine in your stocking. She kept doing it when we were kids and living in southern California, but we were unable to appreciate it like she did since every house in SoCal had an orange tree in their backyard! Good memories, though.

Those are absolutely adorable! We have felt stockings that our mother made for us when we were little, too. I treasure mine. And loving it so has inspired me to collect other lovely vintage creations made of felt, and sequins - and love.

Oh Pam those stockings are beautiful! And think, someday they will be vintage treasures and people will wonder who made these adorable stockings for two lucky kids Charlie and Emma.
