{the back half} Okay, in my own defense, I have a hut to fill and a lot of what you see here is waiting to be moved to the Oregon coast. A lot of it is not waiting to be moved to the Oregon coast, but waiting to be priced and taken to my space, or sold on Etsy. I think we have gone over this territory before, but the acquiring part is my strong suit, the turn-it-around-and-hopefully-make-a-little-$ part, not so much.
{the front half} So, here we have 2 display pieces given to me by our wonderful neighbor, 2 vintage upholstered chairs for the living room at the hut (they rock!) boxes of junk from recent estate sales ~ to be sorted ~ and the world's most fabulous vintage fridge. My husband slipped a disk in his back trying to get it out of a basement on NE 110th St., but that's another story. Here's a close-up of the interior. ahem...turquoise details!
Plus, the brand is a Leonard, but somehow, sometime, somewhere, the "ard" went AWOL. So now it's name is Leon.

Cute and honest post!! I like "Leon". You gave me a good chuckle!!
This has the smell of a blog party...show us your piles. My garage has more piles than yours does or something to that effect. Maybe it is only us who think it would be a cool duel? Love Leon.
That's some FINE stuff you have there!
You're ON about the garage I'll have to photograph mine. No Leon, but lots of other items!!!
Nuh-uh, my garage is worse than yours! Is too! Ok, this really isn't a contest that I want to win. Love your Leon!
Girl, I wish you could see the smile on my face after seeing Leon! It is the perfect 50's name for that fridge. (I drive my SIL calling them "iceboxes"!)
I'm totally digging those chairs. You're right...they rock the house!

Love your Leon, would look great next to my Western Holly.....I'm not showing you our garage!
Are you taking Leon to the coast? Jim and I had a matching (turquoise!) fridge and stove at our beach house. I wonder how they're doing..
ps The sign of a true junker is measured by the (lack of) space in his garage.. Ask any of us!
At least you HAVE a garage; that's what my guest room and basement look like! I can tell you have awesome stuff in there. Leon is a treasure....
I would LOVE IT if other people posted pix of their piles.
I filled up my living room so my husband made me move everything to the garage but then he built me a storage shed so it all got moved over there. If that counts, I win. Well, maybe not--I don't have a Leon.
Leon is the best name a fridge can have! Love the honesty in this post.
xoxoxo
love the fridge... it's the bomb girl!!!
