My dad loves root beer, his rose bushes (which he inherited from his father Otto), butter pecan ice cream, his dog Deuce, living by the ocean, and Sallie ~ my mom ~ his wife of 61 years. My Dad

OH my gosh...61 years? That is amazing. I was reading your post and thinking of how many of us who did one today had dads who served our country. You must be so proud of your daddy. Wow...61 years!
